Invite your friends, family, church or small group. Use social media to promote your watch party if you like.
Start
Welcome your guests and stream the conference on the watch party nights. Feel free to serve snacks, share a simple meal beforehand, or anyway that reflects your local culture.

Who can host a watch party?
Watch parties can be hosted by church leaders and small group leaders outside Klang Valley. Whether at your church building or in your home, we encourage you to gather a minimum of 2 participants for each watch party.
How do I sign up as a host?
To become a host, simply sign up before 28 July 2025 on https://kvbcequip.org/kvbc2025/hosting/
Is there a registration fee?
No, registration is free for hosts.
How can we prepare as a host?
How do I join a watch party as a participant?
To join a watch party as a participant, go to our public watch party list to find one nearest to you. Publicly listed watch parties will be available for registration. Make sure to register early to secure your spot
Can I watch live if I can’t attend the conference in person?
Unfortunately, individual live streaming links will not be provided. We encourage you to join the on-site conference if you’re in Klang Valley, or join a nearby community for the publicly listed watch party. The recordings will be published on our YouTube channel after editing is done.
